Completion of any programme does not guarantee employment, specific salary outcomes, or career advancement. Individual results depend on numerous factors including prior experience, effort invested, and market conditions.
4. Enrolment and Payment
4.1 Enrolment Process
To enrol in a programme, you must submit the enrolment form with accurate information. Enrolment is confirmed upon our acceptance and your receipt of access credentials.
4.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of enrolment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

4.3 Refunds
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment. If you withdraw during this period, you will receive a full refund.
After the cooling-off period, refunds are provided at our discretion and are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of the programme, minus an administrative fee.

5. Your Obligations

8. Suspension and Termination

You may withdraw from a programme at any time by notifying us in writing. Refund eligibility is determined according to Section 4.3.
